1. 30-Day Results Guarantee

We believe in the effectiveness of our Academy. That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back
guarantee. If you have actively used our Services for 30 days and do not see any results or
progress in your learning, you are eligible for a full refund.
To request a refund under this guarantee, please contact us at support@yaprolearn.com within 30
days of your initial purchase. We may ask for feedback or a brief explanation of your progress
to help us improve our curriculum.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription (1-month, 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month plans) at any time
through your Whop dashboard. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the
Services until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied after
cancellation.

3. Digital Content & EU Right of Withdrawal

By accessing the private group and digital materials immediately upon purchase, you acknowledge
that the service begins instantly. At yapro, we offer a 30-day withdrawal and protection period
for all users, including those in the EU. This 30-day period replaces and exceeds the standard
14-day EU statutory withdrawal right for digital services, giving you more time to evaluate our
Academy.

4. Refunds on Renewals

Refunds are not typically provided for automatic subscription renewals. It is the customer's
responsibility to manage their subscription settings via Whop before the next billing date.
