PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING
THE YAPRO PLATFORM, CONTENT, OR SERVICES. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE
BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
1. LICENSE GRANT yapro ("Licensor") grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and
limited license to access and use the educational materials, interactive tools, and software

interface (the "Software") provided through the yapro platform for your personal, non-
commercial educational use only.

2. RESTRICTIONS You agree NOT to, and you will not permit others to: - License, sell, rent,
lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, or otherwise commercially exploit the
Software or materials. - Copy, modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse
compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Software or educational content. - Share your
account credentials or provide access to the platform to any third party. - Use any automated
systems (robots, scrapers) to extract content or data from the platform.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Software and Content,
including but not limited to ESL worksheets, interactive progress trackers, curriculum design,
and custom Shopify/Whop interface elements, are and will remain the exclusive property of yapro
and its licensors. The Software is licensed, not sold, to you.
4. USER DATA AND FEEDBACK Any feedback or suggestions you provide to yapro shall be the
property of yapro. yapro shall be free to use such feedback without any restriction or
compensation to you.
5. MODIFICATIONS TO SOFTWARE yapro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue,
temporarily or permanently, the Software or any service to which it connects, with or without
notice and without liability to you. This includes updates to learning materials and platform
features.
6. TERM AND TERMINATION This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or yapro.
yapro may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate
this Agreement with or without prior notice. - If you fail to comply with any term of this
Agreement, your license will terminate immediately. - Upon termination, you must cease all use
of the Software and delete any downloaded materials in your possession.
7. NO WARRANTIES The Software and Content are provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and
with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. yapro does not guarantee that the use
of the platform will lead to specific linguistic results or exam success.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall
yapro be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever
arising out of or in any way related to your use of or inability to use the Software.
9. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which
yapro is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
